Dr. O’Brien traveled to Boca Raton, Florida this week to attend the 15th Annual Meeting of the Association of Clinical Elbow & Shoulder Surgeons (ACESS). Dr. O’Brien was invited to join ACESS last year as one of only two new members offered membership. This week, he presented a surgical video demonstration of an arthroscopic LCL repair, and served as a panelist in sessions discussing Failed Latarjet cases and Sports Shoulder and Elbow cases.
The Third Annual New Orleans International Shoulder Symposium was held this past week. Dr. O’Brien was honored to Co-Chair the course and host some of the best shoulder surgeons from across the world in his hometown.
